It is one of the landmarks on Jeppe Street. The smaller 22-story rear tower was built in 1970 as The Tollman Towers hotel. As the CBD fell into disrepair, the striking blue glass towers were converted into a Holiday Inn Garden Court. Due to a lack of demand for hotels in the CBD, the hotel closed completely in 1998.
